Joquim A. Naegele
Joaquim Antônio Langsdorf Naegele (June 2, 1899 – March 3, 1986) was a Brazilian conductor, composer and journalist.

He began studying music as a boy, one of his teachers being the illustrious conductor Francisco Braga, with whom he completed his theoretical training.In 1942, he created the Sociedade Musical Flor do Ritmo, located in the suburb of Piedade, moving in 1952 to Méier, both in Rio de Janeiro. Some prominent characters in Brazilian culture, such as Wilson das Neves, Elza Soares, Zeca Pagodinho, Bezerra da Silva and many others, began their musical training at their school.
