George Rufus Adams (April 29, 1940 - November 14, 1992) was an American Jazz musician and composer. Adams played musical instruments such as the saxophone, flute and clarinet.
George Adams was born on April 29, 1940 in Georgia. He learned to play the piano when he was 11 years old. He learned to play the saxophone while in High School. He took part in various music groups in his youth. He died on November 14, 1992 in New York.
