Dr. Angyal Ernő Kiss (Csurgó, May 22, 1899 – Budapest, November 9, 1968 ) was a Hungarian composer and songwriter. The best-known work of the composer, who spent most of his adult life in Kaposvár and Budapest, is the song "Where the four rivers are buzzing", but he also wrote film scores. In terms of his civil occupation, he was chief bailiff and second chief county clerk.
