Antonio Carrillo
Antonio Carrillo ( Barquisimeto , 29 of October of 1892 - rip . 13 of July of 1962 ) was a musician and composer of Venezuela ; and one of the greatest exponents of Typical Larense Music , player of bow, plectrum and piano instruments, composer, instrumentalist and director of classical and popular groups. His parents Manuel Castillo and Micaela Carrillo. Since he was a child, his taste for music was noted, with his aunt Trina Castillo, renowned piano teacher, he learned theory and music theory, later with Maestro Rafael MonasteriosHe took his first steps learning to play the bandolin. At the age of 16 he had his first performance as a member of the Estudiantina "Las Diosas" and in 1910 he was the first bass of the Lara State Band. He was also a bass player in the Mavare Orchestra.
