Koichi Sugiyama is a Japanese composer, conductor, and orchestrator. He is also a council member of the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers, and Publishers, board member of the Japan Institute for National Fundamentals, and honorary chairman of the Japanese Backgammon Society.
