Rare lead sheet (I got this...(more) one from an Italian song book with sol-fa chords which I then transcribed with standard chords) I have incorporated the lyrics to fit under the staves (as the original were provided on a separate sheet). It came from the 1950s Frank Sinatra film "The Man With The Golden Arm" and was coposed by S. Fine & Leonard Bernstein. The film was about heroin addiction and it's release was delayed for some years due to censorship because of the subject matter. The music has a moody big band jazz feel.
