Description
This Communion hymn is...(more) written by me in September 2009. The style tends to be romantic and chordal which is rare among my works (as I tend to write in a more Baroque or Classical way with some polyphonic texture). The song can be sung before or during the giving of communion, which should be determined by the service book of the church (e.g. for Presbyterian Church, the communion hymn can be sung before the giving of communion while Anglican church, according to the order of the Book of Common Prayer, should be sung by choir during the giving of communion).

In the song almost every second the chord is perfectly harmonic. The changes of chord determine the changes in mood within the song. While the beginning is quite gentle, for example, when it comes to the chorus, it suddenly become more passionate (as it emphasize Jesus' death, resurrection and salvation) by using minor chords.
